About Chirag
Chirag Darji founded VGraple in Ahmedabad in 2011 and has run marketing and web projects for more than 700 small and mid-size businesses in India, the UK, the US and Australia. In 2026 he built VGraple CRM, a WhatsApp Business API automation platform, after watching those clients struggle to manage WhatsApp conversations, broadcasts and follow-ups at scale.
He is a Google Partner and a Meta-certified professional. VGraple CRM is a Meta Tech Provider for the WhatsApp Business API, which means the platform connects businesses to the official API directly rather than through a reseller.
How these guides are written
Everything published under this name comes from operating the platform: onboarding businesses onto the WhatsApp Business API, reading Meta's policy changes as they land, and answering the support questions that follow. Screenshots are taken from a demo workspace, never from customer data. Claims about what the product does are checked against the code that ships. Dates on each page show when it was last reviewed.
