The VGraple CRM flow builder canvas: a booking bot built from trigger, message, quick replies, condition, WhatsApp form, AI response and human handoff nodes

In short

  • Landbot's WhatsApp-enabled plan (Professional WA, EUR 160/month) caps out at 3 seats, then jumps to a custom-quoted Business plan for anything larger
  • Landbot adds its own EUR 0.05 per-message fee on top of Meta's rate for marketing, utility and authentication sends, a disclosed markup VGraple CRM does not charge
  • VGraple CRM includes a CRM pipeline and appointments; Landbot is a chatbot-flow builder first, with no leads pipeline of its own

Verdict

Landbot is a genuinely capable visual chatbot builder with a clean drag-and-drop canvas, but WhatsApp only exists on its top-priced Professional WA plan (EUR 160/month), which caps at 3 seats and adds a disclosed EUR 0.05 per-message fee on top of Meta's own rate for marketing, utility and authentication sends. VGraple CRM costs less at the team sizes we could price on both platforms, adds no markup to Meta's India rate, and includes a leads pipeline and delivery-protection stack that Landbot's public pages do not describe. Choose Landbot if you want one flow-builder canvas for both a website widget and WhatsApp and can live with its per-message fee; choose VGraple CRM if predictable INR pricing without a message markup and a built-in CRM matter more.

Pricing

Landbot's pricing page (landbot.io/pricing, checked 26 Aug 2026) lists Free, Starter and Professional tiers with no WhatsApp access at all, plus a separate Professional WA tier (EUR 160/month, EUR 128/month billed annually) that is the only named, priced plan with a WhatsApp number included. Beyond the 10,000 free service messages included on Professional WA, the page states marketing, utility and authentication messages cost Meta's own fee plus EUR 0.05 per message, and service messages beyond the quota cost Meta's fee plus EUR 0.003. Converting at Rs 96 per EUR, that markup is roughly Rs 4.80 per marketing message on top of Meta's Rs 0.8631 India rate.

Team sizeVGraple CRMLandbot
2 agents, 2,000 marketing messages/monthStarter Rs 1,499 + Meta Rs 1,726 = Rs 3,225/monthProfessional WA EUR 160 (Rs 15,360) + 2,000 x (Meta Rs 0.8631 + Landbot's EUR 0.05/Rs 4.80 markup) = Rs 11,326 = Rs 26,686/month
8 agents, 15,000 marketing messages/monthGrowth Rs 3,499 + Meta Rs 12,947 = Rs 16,446/monthProfessional WA caps at 3 seats; an 8-seat team needs the custom-quoted Business plan, price not published. Message cost alone at the same markup: 15,000 x Rs 5.6631 = Rs 84,947/month, plus an unpublished Business subscription
20 agents, 50,000 marketing messages/monthScale Rs 7,999 + Meta Rs 43,155 = Rs 51,154/monthSame as above: Business plan required, price not published. Message cost alone: 50,000 x Rs 5.6631 = Rs 283,155/month, plus an unpublished Business subscription

Landbot's published tiers stop scaling past 3 seats, so we cannot build a like-for-like total for an 8 or 20-agent team the way we can for VGraple CRM's Starter, Growth and Scale plans (Rs 1,499, Rs 3,499 and Rs 7,999/month; Rs 1,199, Rs 2,799 and Rs 6,399/month billed annually), each of which includes a fixed agent count with no per-seat add-on and no message markup on Meta's India rate.

Where Landbot is stronger

  • A single flow-builder canvas for multiple channels. Landbot's drag-and-drop builder is designed to power a website chatbot and a WhatsApp bot from the same visual flow, with conditional logic, formulas and rich media, a broader remit than VGraple CRM's WhatsApp-first flow builder.
  • AI Agent Chatbots and Dialogflow integration. Landbot's Professional tiers combine rule-based flows with an AI layer and Dialogflow's NLP, described as "the intelligence of AI with the control of rule-based chatbots" on their WhatsApp page (landbot.io/whatsapp, checked 26 Aug 2026).
  • A longer review history. Landbot holds 4.7 out of 5 from 334 reviews on G2 and 4.4 from 70 reviews on Capterra (both checked 26 Aug 2026), a larger public review base than VGraple CRM has built up so far.
  • A genuine free plan for non-WhatsApp use cases. Landbot's Free tier (100 chats/month, 1 seat, full builder access) is a real way to try the flow builder for a website widget before paying anything, even though it does not extend to WhatsApp.

Where VGraple CRM is stronger

  • No published markup on Meta's rate. VGraple CRM is a Meta Tech Provider: you pay Meta directly for conversations at Meta's published India rate, stated plainly on the pricing page with no added fee. Landbot discloses a EUR 0.05 per-message charge on top of Meta's own cost for marketing, utility and authentication sends.
  • WhatsApp on every paid tier, not just the top one. VGraple CRM's Starter plan (Rs 1,499/month, 5 agents) includes WhatsApp from day one. Landbot requires its highest-priced named plan, Professional WA, before WhatsApp is available at all.
  • Delivery protection is documented and default. Pacing that adapts to your number's quality rating, a live daily portfolio-budget tracker, automatic campaign parking on a paused template or a quality collapse, and suppression logic that separates a refused send from a rejected one all ship on every VGraple CRM plan; none of this is documented on Landbot's public pages.
  • A CRM pipeline included from Free onward. VGraple CRM's leads pipeline, with custom stages, deal values and Facebook Lead Ads auto-import, ships on every plan. Landbot has no pipeline of its own; it is a flow and messaging tool, not a sales CRM.
  • Appointments and payments in chat. Both are documented, standard VGraple CRM capabilities. Landbot's public pages do not describe either as a built-in feature.
  • A free plan that includes WhatsApp. VGraple CRM's Free plan (1 agent, 5,000 contacts, unlimited conversations) has no time limit and includes WhatsApp from the start. Landbot's Free plan exists but does not extend to WhatsApp at any price.

Switching from Landbot

  1. Confirm who owns your WABA. If your WhatsApp Business Account sits inside your own Meta Business Portfolio, which is standard, you can move it directly regardless of Landbot's involvement.
  2. Reconnect through Meta's Embedded Signup. This is the standard flow for changing Tech Provider; the number's message history and quality rating with Meta are unaffected by the move.
  3. Export your contacts. Landbot contacts and any custom fields captured through your flows export as a CSV; import them into VGraple CRM's contacts module and remap fields as needed.
  4. Recreate and resubmit your templates. Templates belong to the WABA and the platform that submitted them, not to Landbot, so each approved template needs rebuilding in VGraple CRM's template builder and resubmitting to Meta for review.
  5. Rebuild your flows. Landbot's visual flow logic does not export between platforms; recreate the branching, conditional logic and integrations in VGraple CRM's flow builder. This is the most time-consuming step for a flow with many branches, so budget accordingly.
  6. Run a short parallel period. Keep Landbot active in read-only mode for a week or two while you confirm delivery, inbox and automation behaviour in VGraple CRM before decommissioning the old account.

What reviewers say

Landbot holds a 4.7 out of 5 rating from 334 reviews on G2 and a 4.4 out of 5 from 70 reviews on Capterra (both checked 26 Aug 2026), with Capterra sub-scores of 4.5 for ease of use, 4.2 for customer service, and 4.0 for value for money. Reviewers consistently praise the visual builder's ease of use and design flexibility, with pricing for teams needing multiple seats and operators the most-cited caveat, a pattern consistent with the per-seat WhatsApp pricing shown in the table above.

VGraple CRM does not yet have a comparable public review count to cite honestly. Landbot's review base is a genuine strength worth weighing seriously if third-party validation at scale matters most to your decision, alongside the pricing and delivery-protection differences described above.

Frequently asked questions

Does Landbot charge more than Meta for WhatsApp messages?
Yes, on marketing, utility and authentication sends. Landbot's pricing page (landbot.io/pricing, checked 26 Aug 2026) states EUR 0.05 per message on top of Meta's cost for those categories, and Meta cost plus EUR 0.003 for service messages beyond the 10,000 included. VGraple CRM states plainly that it adds no markup to Meta's published India rate.
What is the cheapest way to get WhatsApp on Landbot?
The Professional WA plan at EUR 160/month (EUR 128/month billed annually), which bundles the Professional tier with one WhatsApp number, 2,500 monthly chats, 500 AI chats and 3 seats. There is no separate lower-priced WhatsApp-only tier; Landbot's Free and Starter plans do not support WhatsApp at all.
Can an 8-agent or 20-agent team use Landbot's published pricing?
Not directly. Landbot's highest named, priced tier (Professional WA) caps at 3 seats. A larger team needs the custom-quoted Business plan, and Landbot does not publish that price, so an 8 or 20-agent total cannot be built from public numbers the way it can for VGraple CRM's flat-price plans.
Does Landbot have a CRM pipeline like VGraple CRM?
No. Landbot is a conversational flow builder (chatbot, campaigns, team inbox) with native integrations and an API to push data elsewhere; it does not have its own deals or leads pipeline. VGraple CRM's Kanban pipeline with custom stages, deal values and Facebook Lead Ads auto-import ships on every plan, including Free.
Can I keep my WhatsApp number if I switch from Landbot to VGraple CRM?
Yes, provided the WhatsApp Business Account sits inside your own Meta Business Portfolio, which is standard. You reconnect it to VGraple CRM through Meta's Embedded Signup flow; the number's message history and quality rating with Meta are unaffected by the move.
Do my Landbot flows and templates carry over to VGraple CRM?
No. Templates belong to the WABA and the platform that submitted them, not to Landbot, so each approved template needs recreating in VGraple CRM's builder and resubmitting to Meta. Landbot's visual flows do not export either; the branching logic needs to be rebuilt in VGraple CRM's flow builder.
What does Landbot do better than VGraple CRM?
Landbot's drag-and-drop flow builder is more visual and general-purpose, built to design bots for web, WhatsApp and other channels from one canvas, and it has a longer review history (4.7/5 from 334 reviews on G2, checked 26 Aug 2026) than VGraple CRM has accumulated so far.
