In short
- Kommo bills per user per month (Base $15, Advanced $25, Pro $45), so its cost compounds with team size in a way VGraple CRM's flat plan pricing does not
- Kommo is a general sales CRM with WhatsApp as one of several channels; VGraple CRM is built around WhatsApp with Instagram, Messenger and web chat alongside
- VGraple CRM's Scale plan stays cheaper than Kommo's per-seat pricing once a team passes roughly 10 to 12 agents, even though Kommo's entry price is lower for a single user
Verdict
Kommo is a general-purpose sales CRM with WhatsApp as one of several messaging channels, a lower entry price for a single user, and by far the largest integrations directory of any competitor we have reviewed in this series. Its per-user pricing ($15 to $45/month per agent) means the bill grows directly with headcount, and its public pages do not document the pacing, suppression or budget-tracking controls VGraple CRM ships by default. Choose Kommo if you want one CRM to run WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram and general sales pipelines together for a small team; choose VGraple CRM if you want WhatsApp-specific delivery protection and a price that does not rise every time you add an agent.
Pricing
Kommo's pricing page (kommo.com/pricing/, checked 26 Aug 2026; the URL kommo.com/prices/ referenced in some of its own marketing returns a 404) lists three self-serve tiers billed per user per month, plus a custom Enterprise plan: Base ($15/user/month), Advanced ($25/user/month) and Pro ($45/user/month, marked "most popular"). Kommo's WhatsApp integration guide states business-initiated conversations are billed at "Meta's standard pricing," which we read as a pass-through with no disclosed markup, so we use Meta's raw India rate for Kommo below.

| Team size | VGraple CRM | Kommo |
|---|---|---|
| 2 agents, 2,000 marketing messages/month | Starter Rs 1,499 + Meta Rs 1,726 = Rs 3,225/month | Base 2 users x $15 = $30 (Rs 2,640) + Meta Rs 1,726 = Rs 4,366/month |
| 8 agents, 15,000 marketing messages/month | Growth Rs 3,499 + Meta Rs 12,947 = Rs 16,446/month | Base 8 users x $15 = $120 (Rs 10,560) + Meta Rs 12,947 = Rs 23,507/month |
| 20 agents, 50,000 marketing messages/month | Scale Rs 7,999 + Meta Rs 43,155 = Rs 51,154/month | Base 20 users x $15 = $300 (Rs 26,400) + Meta Rs 43,155 = Rs 69,555/month |
USD converted at Rs 88 = $1. Kommo's Base plan technically permits any number of users at $15/user/month regardless of feature tier, so we hold Base constant across all three team sizes above; a team that needs Advanced or Pro features (more WhatsApp numbers, more AI credits) would pay more. At small team sizes Kommo's per-seat model is close to VGraple CRM's flat price; VGraple CRM's Scale plan (Rs 7,999/month, unlimited agents) stops scaling with headcount at all, which is why the two lines cross well before 20 agents.

Where Kommo is stronger
- The largest integrations directory we have found. kommo.com/integrations/ lists 100+ integrations across marketing, payments, project management and cloud storage, filterable by type and source, broader than any other competitor covered in this series.
- A genuinely lower entry price for a single user. At $15/month (Rs 1,320), Kommo's Base plan is the cheapest named tier of any competitor we have reviewed, undercutting VGraple CRM's Rs 1,499 Starter plan for a solo operator.
- Native Telegram and TikTok channels. Alongside WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, Kommo's channel carousel includes Telegram and TikTok messaging, which VGraple CRM does not support.
- A general-purpose sales CRM, not a WhatsApp-first add-on. Kommo's pipeline, deal tracking and reporting are built as a standalone CRM first, with messaging channels layered on, which may suit a team that wants one tool for sales across many channels rather than a WhatsApp-centred platform.
- A broad, multilingual content and education operation. Kommo publishes blog content in five languages with 16 topic categories spanning general small-business education, a wider content footprint than most WhatsApp-focused competitors.
Where VGraple CRM is stronger
- A flat plan price that does not grow with headcount. VGraple CRM's Starter, Growth and Scale plans (Rs 1,499, Rs 3,499, Rs 7,999/month) include a fixed agent count (5, 15, unlimited) at one price. Kommo bills per user, so a growing team's subscription cost rises every time an agent is added, and the pricing table above shows VGraple CRM overtaking Kommo's total cost well before 20 agents.
- A stated zero-markup guarantee on Meta's rate. VGraple CRM's pricing page states plainly that it adds no markup to Meta's published India rate. Kommo's language ("Meta's standard pricing") implies the same but is not stated as an explicit guarantee.
- Delivery protection is documented and default. Pacing that adapts to your number's quality rating, a live daily portfolio-budget tracker, automatic campaign parking on a paused template or a quality collapse, and suppression logic that separates a refused send from a rejected one all ship on every VGraple CRM plan; none of this is documented on Kommo's public pages.
- A free plan with no time limit. VGraple CRM's Free plan (1 agent, 5,000 contacts, unlimited conversations) never expires. Kommo offers a two-week evaluation period rather than a permanently free tier.
- Coexistence and appointments as standard features. Coexistence (running the WhatsApp Business app and the API on the same number) and appointment booking are documented, standard VGraple CRM capabilities; neither is confirmed as a Kommo feature on its public pages.
- WhatsApp-first delivery focus. VGraple CRM's engineering is built around WhatsApp's specific rules (template categories, frequency caps, quality ratings); Kommo's WhatsApp integration is one channel inside a general CRM, and its public documentation reflects a lighter treatment of WhatsApp-specific delivery mechanics.
Switching from Kommo
- Confirm who owns your WABA. If your WhatsApp Business Account sits inside your own Meta Business Portfolio, which is standard, you can move it directly regardless of Kommo's involvement.
- Reconnect through Meta's Embedded Signup. This is the standard flow for changing Tech Provider; the number's message history and quality rating with Meta are unaffected.
- Export your contacts and pipeline data. Kommo's leads and pipeline stages export as a CSV; import them into VGraple CRM's contacts module and leads pipeline, remapping custom fields and stages as needed.
- Recreate and resubmit your templates. Templates belong to the WABA and the platform that submitted them, not to Kommo, so each approved template needs rebuilding in VGraple CRM's template builder and resubmitting to Meta for review.
- Rebuild your Salesbot flows. Kommo's Salesbot logic does not export; recreate the equivalent qualification and routing logic in VGraple CRM's flow builder. If you rely on Telegram or TikTok channels, plan to keep a separate tool for those, since VGraple CRM does not cover them.
- Run a short parallel period. Keep Kommo active in read-only mode for a week or two while you confirm delivery, inbox and automation behaviour in VGraple CRM before fully decommissioning the old account.
What reviewers say
Kommo holds a 4.1 out of 5 rating from 49 reviews on G2 (checked 26 Aug 2026), with 78% of reviewers identifying as small-business users. Reviewers commonly praise its ease of use and integration breadth, describing the pipeline and conversation management as intuitive for a small sales team; the review volume is smaller than several other competitors in this series.
VGraple CRM does not yet have a comparable public review count to cite honestly. Kommo's per-user pricing and general-CRM breadth are real strengths for a small team that wants Telegram and TikTok alongside WhatsApp; weigh that against the per-seat cost growth and the delivery-protection gap described above once your team gets past a handful of agents.
