In short
- Rasayel is a clean WhatsApp team inbox for B2B sales, priced per seat in USD with a 5-seat minimum on its entry plan and a 10-seat minimum on the next tier
- Its message limits (10K, 25K, 75K a month by tier) can force an upgrade before a team's seat count does
- VGraple CRM has no per-seat minimum, publishes INR prices, and includes a leads pipeline, broadcasts and appointments Rasayel does not
Verdict
Rasayel is a clean, focused WhatsApp team inbox built for B2B sales teams, with native CRM integrations to Pipedrive, HubSpot and Salesforce, priced per seat in US dollars with a 5-seat minimum on its entry plan. VGraple CRM has no seat minimum, publishes flat INR prices, and adds broadcast campaigns, a built-in leads pipeline and appointment booking that Rasayel does not have. If your team already lives in Salesforce or HubSpot and wants WhatsApp bolted cleanly onto that existing CRM with minimal extra functionality, Rasayel's focus is a fair trade-off; if you want WhatsApp sales, support and marketing in one product without paying for seats you are not using, VGraple CRM is the more direct fit.
Pricing
Rasayel's pricing page, checked 26 August 2026, lists three tiers, all with a 7-day free trial: Start at $30 per user a month with a 5-seat minimum, 10,000 messages a month, and Pipedrive and Zapier integrations; Grow at $40 per user a month with a 10-seat minimum, 25,000 messages a month, and HubSpot and Salesforce integrations added; and Enterprise starting at $2,000 a month on annual billing, with 75,000 messages a month and custom terms. Add-ons include an extra WhatsApp number at $20 a month and a Salesforce integration specifically at $300 a month. Rasayel states WhatsApp messaging fees are paid directly to Meta, separate from its subscription, matching VGraple CRM's no-markup structure.

The calculations below use $1 to approximately Rs 87 (an August 2026 approximation, stated as an assumption). Meta's own India rate card (April 2026), Rs 0.8631 per marketing template message, is what both platforms appear to pass through without adding a markup.
| Team size | VGraple CRM total | Rasayel plan and seats billed | Rasayel platform fee | Rasayel total |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 agents, 2,000 messages/month | Rs 3,225 (Starter, Rs 1,499 + Rs 1,726 Meta) | Start, but billed for the 5-seat minimum even though you have 2 agents (10,000-message limit covers 2,000) | 5 x $30 = $150 (~Rs 13,050) | ~Rs 14,776/month |
| 8 agents, 15,000 messages/month | Rs 20,946 (Scale, Rs 7,999 + Rs 12,947 Meta) | Grow, billed for the 10-seat minimum even though you have 8 agents (25,000-message limit covers 15,000; Start's 10,000-message limit would not) | 10 x $40 = $400 (~Rs 34,800) | ~Rs 47,747/month |
| 20 agents, 50,000 messages/month | Rs 51,154 (Scale, Rs 7,999 + Rs 43,155 Meta) | Enterprise, since 50,000 messages exceeds Grow's 25,000-message limit | From $2,000 (~Rs 174,000), custom | ~Rs 217,155/month or more |
Rasayel's seat minimums matter more than they first appear: the 2-agent team pays for 5 seats it does not use, and the 8-agent team is forced onto Grow (10-seat minimum) by the 15,000-message volume alone, since Start's 10,000-message cap would be exceeded even though 8 agents would otherwise fit comfortably under Grow's 10-seat line. VGraple CRM's Starter and Scale totals do not carry this seat-minimum overhead.

Where Rasayel is stronger
Native CRM integrations built for B2B sales. Pipedrive and Zapier from the entry plan, with HubSpot and Salesforce added on Grow, give a sales team already standardised on one of those CRMs a more direct WhatsApp bolt-on than routing through VGraple CRM's own pipeline or general Zapier connection.
A tightly scoped product. Rasayel's own materials describe a 30-minute setup and a deliberately focused feature set (team inbox plus workflow automation), which can be an advantage for a team that wants exactly one thing done well rather than a broader platform to learn.
Documented read-time estimates and a dedicated glossary. Rasayel's content operation (per prior research into its learning subdomain) includes explicit read-time labels on articles and a structured glossary of WhatsApp terminology, a content-quality signal ahead of some larger competitors.
Enterprise message headroom without a hard agent cap increase. Its Enterprise tier's 75,000-message allowance and custom terms suit a large, high-volume B2B sales operation that has already standardised its workflow around Rasayel.
Where VGraple CRM is stronger
No seat minimums. Rasayel bills for 5 or 10 seats whether or not you use them; VGraple CRM's plans cover up to a stated agent count with no minimum, so a 2-agent team pays for 2 agents' worth of value.
Flat, published INR pricing. VGraple CRM's four plans are priced in rupees on its pricing page; Rasayel's per-seat USD pricing requires converting currency and multiplying by headcount to know your real monthly cost, and that cost climbs with every seat added.
Broadcast campaigns included. Rasayel's own pages show no dedicated outbound broadcast product; VGraple CRM's pacing, A/B testing, suppression and revenue attribution ship on every plan, including Free.
A native leads pipeline, not a dependency on an external CRM. VGraple CRM's Kanban pipeline and transparent lead scoring work without needing a separate Pipedrive, HubSpot or Salesforce subscription; Rasayel's own sales-pipeline functionality depends on one of those integrations.
Coexistence. Keep the WhatsApp Business app on your phone and connect the API to the same number at the same time, with two-way sync.
Appointment booking and payments in chat. Both ship on every VGraple CRM plan; neither was found on the Rasayel pages checked today.
Switching from Rasayel
- Confirm the WhatsApp Business Account's home. If your WABA sits in your own Meta Business Portfolio, reconnect it to VGraple CRM through Embedded Signup; the number's quality rating and messaging tier carry over.
- Carry templates across. Templates belong to the WABA and stay approved if it does not change; copy wording from Rasayel's console before resubmitting if you move to a new WABA.
- Export contacts. Pull your contact list out of Rasayel as a CSV for import into VGraple CRM; duplicates merge automatically on phone number.
- Decide what happens to your Pipedrive, HubSpot or Salesforce link. If your sales team wants to keep using that external CRM as the system of record, rebuild the equivalent sync through VGraple CRM's Zapier app or REST API; if you would rather consolidate, migrate your pipeline stages and deal data into VGraple CRM's native Kanban pipeline instead.
- Rebuild workflow automation. Document Rasayel's current automation rules and recreate the equivalent logic in VGraple CRM's flow builder and drip sequences.
What reviewers say
We could not confirm a specific aggregate G2 star rating for Rasayel from the indexed search results available on 26 August 2026 (G2's own pages returned an access-denied response to a direct fetch, and the specific rating was not surfaced in the search snippets returned). Indexed results describe Rasayel holding roughly a 4-star rating on Trustpilot, with reviewers praising ease of use, responsive customer support and integration capabilities, and some noting limited customisation and reporting depth. VGraple CRM's own review presence is newer; check its current G2, Capterra or Trustpilot listing directly before deciding, since neither platform has a large enough public review base yet to be the deciding factor on its own.
If your sales team is already standardised on Pipedrive, HubSpot or Salesforce and wants the smallest possible WhatsApp add-on, Rasayel's focus is worth evaluating directly; if you want broadcasts, a native pipeline and no per-seat minimum in one product, VGraple CRM covers more of that job without the seat-minimum overhead shown in the pricing table above.
