In short

  • SleekFlow bills by Monthly Active Contacts (MAC) starting at 500 on Pro AI and 1,000 on Premium AI, plus separate WhatsApp hosting and per-message fees it does not show inline
  • VGraple CRM bills a flat plan price with a contact tier, no overage charge and no conversation cap, so the total is knowable before you send anything
  • SleekFlow has a deeper published AI agent product and a far larger case-study library; VGraple CRM has no MAC overage risk and a CRM pipeline on every plan

Verdict

SleekFlow is a well-built, AI-forward conversation platform with a genuinely broader channel list than VGraple CRM and a much larger published case-study library, but its Monthly Active Contact pricing model, plus separate WhatsApp hosting and per-message fees it does not show on its own pricing page, make the real total hard to know in advance. VGraple CRM bills one flat price per plan with a fixed conversation limit and states Meta's India rate with zero markup directly on the pricing page, and it includes a CRM pipeline SleekFlow's public pages do not describe. Choose SleekFlow if you need Telegram, Line, Viber or TikTok alongside WhatsApp and can tolerate an unpublished per-message rate; choose VGraple CRM if predictable INR pricing and a built-in sales pipeline matter more.

Pricing

SleekFlow's pricing page (sleekflow.io/pricing, checked 26 Aug 2026) lists three tiers: Pro AI ($99/month, $79/month billed annually, from 500 Monthly Active Contacts, 3 users), Premium AI ($299/month, $249/month billed annually, from 1,000 MACs, 10 users) and a custom Enterprise AI plan. The page states that WhatsApp and SMS "each have monthly hosting and per-message fees" separate from the subscription, but does not show the rate inline, pointing instead to a separate rate card we could not locate a public URL for. We show Meta's raw India rate below since SleekFlow's own markup, if any, is not disclosed.

Team sizeVGraple CRMSleekFlow
2 agents, 2,000 marketing messages/monthStarter Rs 1,499 + Meta Rs 1,726 = Rs 3,225/monthPro AI $99 (Rs 8,712) + Meta Rs 1,726 = at least Rs 10,438/month (2,000 contacts likely exceeds the 500-MAC base allowance; SleekFlow's MAC-overage rate is not published, so the real total may be higher)
8 agents, 15,000 marketing messages/monthGrowth Rs 3,499 + Meta Rs 12,947 = Rs 16,446/monthPremium AI $299 (Rs 26,312, 10 users fits 8 agents) + Meta Rs 12,947 = at least Rs 39,259/month (15,000 contacts likely exceeds the 1,000-MAC base; overage rate not published)
20 agents, 50,000 marketing messages/monthScale Rs 7,999 + Meta Rs 43,155 = Rs 51,154/monthPremium AI's 10-user cap is exceeded; Enterprise AI required, custom price not published, plus Meta Rs 43,155

USD converted at Rs 88 = $1. Every SleekFlow total above is a floor, not a ceiling, because the MAC-overage rate and the WhatsApp hosting/per-message fee are both real, disclosed line items on SleekFlow's own pricing page that we could not find published numbers for. VGraple CRM's Starter, Growth and Scale plans (Rs 1,499, Rs 3,499 and Rs 7,999/month) have no equivalent per-contact overage or hosting fee; Meta's India rate (Rs 0.8631 marketing) is passed through at zero markup.

Where SleekFlow is stronger

  • Channel breadth. SleekFlow covers WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, SMS, WeChat, Telegram, Viber, LINE and TikTok in one inbox, genuinely wider than VGraple CRM's WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and web chat.
  • A named, multi-type AI agent product. SleekFlow's AgentFlow page describes four distinct agent types with a "chatbot vs AgentFlow" comparison table and case-study metrics (80% of conversations handled by AI, 2x qualified leads), a level of AI product depth VGraple CRM's AI assistant does not match.
  • A much larger case-study library. SleekFlow's customer-stories page lists 18+ studies on its first page alone, with pagination implying well over 100 total, spanning named brands (Awfully Chocolate, Karcher, Coliwoo), far more than VGraple CRM has published so far.
  • A credentialed BSP status and G2 presence. SleekFlow's homepage carries an "Official WhatsApp Business Solution Provider" credential and G2 Leader/High Performer badges, with a 4.6 out of 5 rating from 170+ reviews on G2 (checked 26 Aug 2026).
  • A hand-maintained llms.txt file. sleekflow.io/llms.txt curates its own pages for AI discovery, including an explicit "Compare & alternatives" section naming SleekFlow vs respond.io, Wati and Bird, a level of AEO investment VGraple CRM has not yet matched.

Where VGraple CRM is stronger

  • No contact-overage risk. VGraple CRM's plans cap by a flat monthly conversation limit at one price. SleekFlow's MAC model starts at 500 or 1,000 contacts per tier with an overage rate it does not publish, which the pricing table above shows can make the real total unpredictable.
  • No published markup, and no hidden hosting fee. VGraple CRM states Meta's India rate with zero markup directly on the pricing page. SleekFlow discloses that WhatsApp carries "monthly hosting and per-message fees" separate from the subscription but does not show the numbers on the page itself.
  • A CRM pipeline on every plan. SleekFlow's public pages describe conversation and AI-agent management, not a leads or deals pipeline. VGraple CRM's Kanban pipeline ships on every plan, including Free.
  • Delivery protection documented for WhatsApp specifically. Pacing, daily portfolio budget tracking, auto-park on a paused template, and suppression logic tuned to Meta's error codes are all documented VGraple CRM capabilities that SleekFlow's public pages, which have no dedicated broadcast feature page at all, do not describe.
  • Appointments and payments in chat. Neither is a dedicated, named SleekFlow feature; VGraple CRM includes both standard.
  • A free plan with no time limit. VGraple CRM's Free plan requires no card and never expires. SleekFlow's pricing page offers a trial period rather than a free tier.

Switching from SleekFlow

  1. Confirm WABA ownership. If your WhatsApp Business Account sits in your own Meta Business Portfolio, which is standard, you can move it directly regardless of SleekFlow's involvement.
  2. Reconnect through Meta's Embedded Signup. This is the standard flow for changing Tech Provider; the number's history and quality rating with Meta are unaffected.
  3. Export your contacts. SleekFlow contacts export as a CSV; import into VGraple CRM's contacts module and remap custom fields.
  4. Recreate templates. Templates belong to the WABA and submitting platform, not SleekFlow, so rebuild each approved template in VGraple CRM's builder and resubmit for Meta's review.
  5. Rebuild AgentFlow logic and flows. SleekFlow's AI agent configurations and flow logic do not export; recreate qualification and support logic in VGraple CRM's flow builder and AI assistant. If you rely heavily on Telegram, Line, Viber or TikTok, plan to keep a channel-specific tool for those, since VGraple CRM does not cover them.
  6. Run a short parallel period. Keep SleekFlow active in read-only mode while you confirm delivery, inbox and automation behaviour in VGraple CRM before fully switching over.

What reviewers say

SleekFlow holds a 4.6 out of 5 rating from 170+ reviews on G2 (checked 26 Aug 2026), with G2 Leader (Small Business) and High Performer (Mid-Market) badges for recent quarters. Its own site cites "2,000+ enterprises in 70 countries" as customers. Independent write-ups praise its AI agent breadth and channel coverage, with the MAC-based pricing model and the lack of inline WhatsApp fee disclosure the most-cited source of confusion in buyer research.

VGraple CRM does not yet have a comparable public review count to cite honestly. SleekFlow's review strength and channel breadth are real advantages worth weighing seriously if third-party validation and non-WhatsApp channels matter to your decision, alongside the pricing-transparency and delivery-protection differences described above.

Frequently asked questions

How does SleekFlow's pricing actually work?
SleekFlow charges a base monthly subscription (Pro AI $99, Premium AI $299, checked on sleekflow.io/pricing 26 Aug 2026) tied to a starting Monthly Active Contacts allowance, 500 on Pro and 1,000 on Premium, with more MACs addable. WhatsApp and SMS carry separate monthly hosting and per-message fees the pricing page says exist but does not show inline.
Does SleekFlow disclose its WhatsApp message markup?
Not on the pricing page we checked. It states plainly that "WhatsApp Business Platform and SMS each have monthly hosting and per-message fees" charged separately from the subscription, and points to a separate rate card rather than showing numbers on the page itself, so we could not verify whether a markup is applied on top of Meta's rate.
Does SleekFlow have a CRM pipeline?
Not as a named, dedicated feature on its public pages; SleekFlow's own materials describe it as a conversation and AI-agent platform, with its Inbox feature page (sleekflow.io/inbox, checked 26 Aug 2026) focused on unifying channels rather than a leads pipeline. VGraple CRM's Kanban pipeline with custom stages, deal values and Facebook Lead Ads auto-import ships on every plan, including Free.
Is SleekFlow's AI product more developed than VGraple CRM's?
SleekFlow's AgentFlow page (sleekflow.io/agentflow, checked 26 Aug 2026) describes four distinct agent types (Inbound, Data Analyst, Copilot, Outbound) and cites metrics like 80% of conversations handled by AI. VGraple CRM's AI assistant on Growth and above focuses on reply suggestions and conversation summaries rather than a multi-agent product of that breadth.
Can I keep my number if I switch from SleekFlow to VGraple CRM?
Yes, provided your WhatsApp Business Account sits in your own Meta Business Portfolio, which is standard. You reconnect it to VGraple CRM through Meta's Embedded Signup flow, and the number's history and quality rating with Meta are unaffected.
Do my SleekFlow templates and AgentFlow configurations carry over?
No. Templates belong to the WABA and the submitting platform, not to SleekFlow, so each approved template needs recreating and resubmitting to Meta. AgentFlow agent configurations and flow logic do not export; that logic needs to be rebuilt in VGraple CRM's flow builder and AI assistant settings.
What does SleekFlow do better than VGraple CRM?
SleekFlow's channel list is broader (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, SMS, WeChat, Telegram, Viber, LINE, TikTok), it carries an "Official WhatsApp Business Solution Provider" credential, and its case-study library (18+ visible, an estimated 100+ total across pagination on sleekflow.io/customer-stories, checked 26 Aug 2026) is far larger than VGraple CRM's.
