Broadcast delivery settings in VGraple CRM: quiet hours, per-user marketing frequency cap and pacing

In short

  • Interakt includes unlimited agents on every paid plan (Growth Rs 2,799, Advanced Rs 3,799), a genuinely rare structure among the platforms in this series
  • Interakt discloses a WhatsApp message markup that shrinks by tier: Growth marks up marketing messages by about 11% and utility by about 30% over Meta's own rate; Advanced marks up slightly less
  • Because Interakt has no agent-count scaling, its total cost at high message volume comes close to VGraple CRM's, despite the disclosed markup

Verdict

Interakt is a well-established Indian WhatsApp platform with an unusual and genuinely competitive pricing structure: unlimited agents on every paid plan, at a flat monthly price, with a disclosed message markup that actually shrinks as you move up tiers. That markup, roughly 11% on marketing messages and 30% on utility messages at the Growth tier, is real and VGraple CRM does not charge it, but because Interakt has no per-seat cost at all, its total bill at high message volume ends up close to VGraple CRM's despite the markup. Choose Interakt if unlimited agents at a flat price matters more to you than a zero-markup guarantee; choose VGraple CRM if you want both a flat price and no markup on Meta's rate, plus documented delivery protection Interakt's public pages do not describe.

Pricing

Interakt's pricing page (interakt.shop/pricing/, checked 26 Aug 2026) lists a free Starter plan (unlimited agents, owner-role only, one channel: WhatsApp or Instagram), Growth (Rs 2,799/month plus taxes, unlimited agents with all roles, WhatsApp and Instagram, basic chatbots and native payments), Advanced (Rs 3,799/month plus taxes, advanced branching chatbots, API access, chat auto-assignment) and a custom Enterprise plan described as having "no markup charges." Each paid tier discloses its own WhatsApp message rate for Indian numbers: Growth charges Rs 0.958 for marketing and Rs 0.150 for utility messages; Advanced charges Rs 0.949 marketing and Rs 0.140 utility, both above Meta's raw India rate (Rs 0.8631 marketing, Rs 0.115 utility).

Team sizeVGraple CRMInterakt
2 agents, 2,000 marketing messages/monthStarter Rs 1,499 + Meta Rs 1,726 = Rs 3,225/monthGrowth Rs 2,799 (unlimited agents) + 2,000 x Rs 0.958 = Rs 1,916 = Rs 4,715/month
8 agents, 15,000 marketing messages/monthGrowth Rs 3,499 + Meta Rs 12,947 = Rs 16,446/monthGrowth Rs 2,799 (unlimited agents) + 15,000 x Rs 0.958 = Rs 14,370 = Rs 17,169/month
20 agents, 50,000 marketing messages/monthScale Rs 7,999 + Meta Rs 43,155 = Rs 51,154/monthGrowth Rs 2,799 (unlimited agents) + 50,000 x Rs 0.958 = Rs 47,900 = Rs 50,699/month

Figures exclude GST, which Interakt's page states applies on top of the subscription. Because Interakt's Growth plan already includes unlimited agents, it does not need to scale to a higher tier as headcount grows, unlike VGraple CRM, whose Growth plan caps at unlimited conversations and forces a jump to Scale (Rs 7,999/month) at the 15,000 and 50,000-message scenarios above. At real broadcast volume the two totals are close: Interakt is actually cheaper than VGraple CRM at 15,000 messages a month, and the two are within about Rs 500 of each other at 50,000, despite Interakt's disclosed per-message markup.

Where Interakt is stronger

  • Unlimited agents on every paid plan. Growth and Advanced both include unlimited agents with full role access at one flat price, a structure only Interakt offers among the platforms compared in this series; most competitors either cap seats per tier or charge per agent.
  • A markup that shrinks by tier, disclosed in full. Interakt states its exact per-message rate for every plan, including a route to zero markup on Enterprise, more transparent disclosure than most competitors in this series provide.
  • Native payments and catalog for D2C sellers. "Native payments" and catalog features are named directly on the Growth plan, built specifically for the Indian D2C and Shopify-adjacent seller segment.
  • A dedicated Sales CRM product. Interakt offers a separate Sales CRM plan (Rs 2,499/month, 5 sales agents, unlimited conversations, custom fields and events) for teams that want a fuller pipeline than the messaging plans include on their own.
  • A longer review history. Interakt holds 4.5 out of 5 from 63 reviews on G2 and 4.4 from 12 reviews on Capterra (both checked 26 Aug 2026), a longer public track record than VGraple CRM has built up so far.

Where VGraple CRM is stronger

  • No markup on Meta's rate, at every plan, not just the top tier. VGraple CRM states plainly that it adds no markup to Meta's published India rate on every plan, including its cheapest paid tier. Interakt's zero-markup treatment is reserved for its custom Enterprise plan; Growth and Advanced both carry a disclosed markup.
  • A CRM pipeline included in the core price, not a separate paid product. VGraple CRM's Kanban pipeline, with custom stages, deal values and Facebook Lead Ads auto-import, ships on every plan including Free. Interakt's fuller pipeline sits in a separate Sales CRM product with its own Rs 2,499/month price.
  • Delivery protection is documented and default. Pacing that adapts to your number's quality rating, a live daily portfolio-budget tracker, automatic campaign parking on a paused template or a quality collapse, and suppression logic that separates a refused send from a rejected one all ship on every VGraple CRM plan; none of this is documented on Interakt's public pages.
  • A Free plan with no channel restriction and any agent role. VGraple CRM's Free plan supports WhatsApp and web chat together from one seat, with no owner-only restriction. Interakt's free Starter plan is owner-role only and limited to a single channel, either WhatsApp or Instagram, not both.
  • Coexistence and appointments as standard features. Coexistence (running the WhatsApp Business app and the API on the same number) and appointment booking are documented, standard VGraple CRM capabilities; neither is confirmed as an Interakt feature.
  • Instagram, Messenger and web chat genuinely unified. VGraple CRM confirms Messenger and web chat alongside WhatsApp and Instagram in one inbox; Interakt's public pages confirm WhatsApp and Instagram but not Messenger or a web chat widget.

Switching from Interakt

  1. Confirm who owns your WABA. If your WhatsApp Business Account sits inside your own Meta Business Portfolio, which is standard, you can move it directly regardless of Interakt's involvement.
  2. Reconnect through Meta's Embedded Signup. This is the standard flow for changing Tech Provider; the number's message history and quality rating with Meta are unaffected.
  3. Export your contacts. Interakt contacts, custom fields and tags export as a CSV; import them into VGraple CRM's contacts module and remap fields as needed.
  4. Recreate and resubmit your templates. Templates belong to the WABA and the platform that submitted them, not to Interakt, so each approved template needs rebuilding in VGraple CRM's template builder and resubmitting to Meta for review.
  5. Rebuild your chatbot flows and WhatsApp Flows. Interakt's chatbot logic, AnswerBot configuration and WhatsApp Flows do not export; recreate the equivalent journeys in VGraple CRM's flow builder. If you use Interakt's separate Sales CRM product, plan to migrate that pipeline data into VGraple CRM's leads pipeline separately.
  6. Run a short parallel period. Keep Interakt active in read-only mode for a week or two while you confirm delivery, inbox and automation behaviour in VGraple CRM before decommissioning the old account.

What reviewers say

Interakt holds a 4.5 out of 5 rating from 63 reviews on G2 and a 4.4 out of 5 from 12 reviews on Capterra (both checked 26 Aug 2026). Reviewers commonly praise its cost-effectiveness and ease of use for small teams, with the shared inbox and basic automation cited as the most useful features; some independent write-ups note that recent review volume has slowed, with much of the feedback dating from 2022 to 2024 rather than being consistently refreshed.

VGraple CRM does not yet have a comparable public review count to cite honestly. Interakt's unlimited-agent pricing and cost-effectiveness reputation are real strengths worth weighing, particularly against VGraple CRM's zero-markup guarantee and documented delivery protection, since the two platforms land close together on total cost at real broadcast volume.

Frequently asked questions

Does Interakt charge more per agent as my team grows?
No. Interakt's Growth and Advanced plans both include unlimited agents (all roles) at one flat monthly price (Rs 2,799 and Rs 3,799 respectively, plus taxes), per interakt.shop/pricing/, checked 26 Aug 2026. This is unusual among competitors in this series; most others charge per seat or cap agents per tier.
Does Interakt mark up WhatsApp message costs?
Yes, and the rate is disclosed and shrinks by tier. On Growth, marketing messages cost Rs 0.958 (versus Meta's raw Rs 0.8631, an 11% markup) and utility messages cost Rs 0.150 (versus Meta's Rs 0.115, a 30% markup). Advanced's rates are slightly lower still (Rs 0.949 marketing, Rs 0.140 utility). Enterprise is billed at no markup, per Interakt's own pricing page.
Is Interakt's Free plan usable for a real business?
With real limits. Interakt's free Starter plan supports unlimited agents but only owner-role permissions and a single channel (WhatsApp or Instagram, not both), per its pricing page. VGraple CRM's Free plan supports both WhatsApp and web chat from one agent seat, with 50,000 contacts and unlimited conversations, and no restriction on granting a second team member a role.
Does Interakt have delivery protection like pacing and suppression?
Not documented in the level of detail VGraple CRM's delivery-protection page provides. Interakt's automation page names auto-replies, custom flows and chat auto-assignment, but pacing, a daily portfolio budget, auto-park on a paused template, and suppression-versus-failure logic are not documented the same way.
Can I keep my number if I switch from Interakt to VGraple CRM?
Yes, provided your WhatsApp Business Account sits in your own Meta Business Portfolio, which is standard. You reconnect it to VGraple CRM through Meta's Embedded Signup flow, and the number's history and quality rating with Meta are unaffected.
Do my Interakt chatbot flows and templates carry over to VGraple CRM?
No. Templates belong to the WABA and the submitting platform, not to Interakt, so each approved template needs recreating and resubmitting to Meta. Interakt's chatbot flows, AnswerBot configuration and WhatsApp Flows do not export; that logic needs to be rebuilt in VGraple CRM's flow builder.
What does Interakt do better than VGraple CRM?
Interakt has native payments and catalog features built for D2C and Shopify sellers, a Sales CRM add-on with its own pricing, and a larger, longer review history (4.5/5 from 63 reviews on G2, checked 26 Aug 2026) than VGraple CRM has built up. Its unlimited-agent structure also makes team growth simpler to plan around than most competitors' per-seat models.
