What Meta charges per message in each country, what a month costs for three business sizes, and how to lower it.

Meta's per-message rates by country (effective 1 October 2026, US dollars)

Meta bills per delivered message at the recipient country's rate. From 1 October 2026 Meta charges for replies too; the first 1,000 each month on each WhatsApp number are free. After that a reply costs the country's utility rate, shown in the Service column. Utility templates are charged per delivered message, including inside the 24-hour window, from 1 October 2026.
