In short
- Gallabox's quarterly-billed plans hard-cap agents (3 on Basic) and charge per extra seat; VGraple CRM's plans include a fixed agent count with no per-seat add-on
- Gallabox does not publish a WhatsApp per-message markup on its pricing page; VGraple CRM passes Meta's India rates through at zero markup, stated on every plan
- Gallabox has deeper AI voice and CRM-tab automation; VGraple CRM has broadcast pacing, auto-park on template pause, and suppression logic that Gallabox's public pages do not document
Verdict
Gallabox is a capable Indian WhatsApp platform with a genuinely broad AI-agent push across WhatsApp, Instagram, voice and web, but its pricing page hard-caps agents per tier, bills extra seats separately, and does not state its WhatsApp conversation rate inline. VGraple CRM costs less at every team size we priced below, includes its full agent count and delivery-protection stack (pacing, auto-park, suppression) on every plan without an add-on, and states Meta's India rate with zero markup on the pricing page itself. Choose Gallabox if its AI voice agent or its 50+ published case studies matter most to you; choose VGraple CRM if predictable INR pricing and a CRM pipeline included from Free onward matter more.
Pricing
Gallabox's pricing page (gallabox.com/pricing, checked 26 Aug 2026) lists four tiers billed quarterly by default, with a 25% discount if paid annually and Rs 1,200 to Rs 1,500 per additional agent seat depending on tier. It does not show a WhatsApp per-message rate inline; we use Meta's April 2026 India rate (Rs 0.8631 marketing, Rs 0.115 utility) for both platforms below since neither VGraple CRM nor Gallabox has disclosed a markup on that rate.

| Team size | VGraple CRM | Gallabox |
|---|---|---|
| 2 agents, 2,000 marketing messages/month | Starter Rs 1,499 + Meta Rs 1,726 = Rs 3,225/month | Basic Rs 2,999 (3-user cap, quarterly billing) + Meta Rs 1,726 = Rs 4,725/month |
| 8 agents, 15,000 marketing messages/month | Growth Rs 3,499 + Meta Rs 12,947 = Rs 16,446/month | Essential Rs 6,999 + 2 extra agents x Rs 1,200 = Rs 9,399 + Meta Rs 12,947 = Rs 22,346/month |
| 20 agents, 50,000 marketing messages/month | Scale Rs 7,999 + Meta Rs 43,155 = Rs 51,154/month | Advanced Rs 16,999 + 10 extra agents x Rs 1,500 = Rs 31,999 + Meta Rs 43,155 = Rs 75,154/month (Gallabox may push a team this size to a custom Enterprise quote instead) |
VGraple CRM's Starter, Growth and Scale plans (Rs 1,499, Rs 3,499 and Rs 7,999/month; Rs 1,199, Rs 2,799 and Rs 6,399/month billed annually) each include a fixed agent count with no per-seat add-on: 5, 15 and unlimited. Gallabox's Basic plan hard-caps at 3 users with no add-ons available at all; Essential and Advanced allow extra seats at a per-agent monthly fee. Neither company's public pricing page states a markup over Meta's raw conversation rate, so the totals above assume both charge Meta's rate directly; if Gallabox does add a markup it is not disclosed on the pricing page we checked.

Where Gallabox is stronger
- AI agent breadth. Gallabox sells a named AI agent product across four channels, WhatsApp, Instagram, Voice and Web, including inbound and outbound AI voice calling, which VGraple CRM does not offer at all.
- Case study volume. Gallabox lists 50+ individually filterable case studies at gallabox.com/case-study, including enterprise-recognisable names (Tata 1mg, Shiprocket, Apollo Hospitals), a larger published proof library than VGraple CRM currently has.
- Review count. Gallabox holds a 4.6/5 rating from 169 reviews on G2 (checked 26 Aug 2026), a longer public review history than VGraple CRM has accumulated so far.
- Developer-friendly docs. Gallabox's documentation at docs.gallabox.com ships a Markdown version of every page, which makes it easier for a developer or an AI tool to parse than a typical HTML-only help centre.
- Multi-tab customer journey UI. Gallabox's homepage and product pages organise capability by customer-journey stage (Capture, Qualify, Nurture, Convert, Retain) across five tabs, a clearer sales narrative for a buyer comparing tools at a glance than a flat feature list.
Where VGraple CRM is stronger
- No published markup on Meta's rate. VGraple CRM is a Meta Tech Provider: you pay Meta directly for conversations at Meta's published India rate, with the pricing page stating plainly that VGraple adds no markup. Gallabox's pricing page does not state whether or how much it marks up the same rate.
- Delivery protection is documented and default. Pacing that adapts to your number's quality rating, a live daily portfolio-budget tracker, automatic campaign parking on a paused template or a quality collapse, and suppression logic that separates "we refused to send" from "Meta rejected it" all ship on every VGraple CRM plan; none of this is documented on Gallabox's public pages.
- CRM pipeline from Free onward. VGraple CRM's leads pipeline, with custom stages, deal values and Facebook Lead Ads auto-import, is available on every plan including Free. Gallabox's pipeline management is named only on its Advanced tier.
- Flat agent pricing. VGraple CRM's plans include a fixed agent count (5, 15, unlimited) at one price; Gallabox hard-caps Basic at 3 agents with no add-ons at all, and bills Rs 1,200 to Rs 1,500 per extra agent on its other tiers.
- Coexistence and appointments as standard features. Coexistence (running the WhatsApp Business app and the API on the same number) and appointment booking are documented, standard VGraple CRM capabilities; Gallabox's appointment booking is packaged as part of its higher-cost AI agent add-ons.
- Free plan with no time limit. VGraple CRM's Free plan (1 agent, 5,000 contacts, unlimited conversations) has no trial clock. Gallabox has no free plan at all; every tier is billed quarterly or annually.
Switching from Gallabox
- Confirm who owns your WABA. If your WhatsApp Business Account sits inside your own Meta Business Portfolio, you can move it directly. If Gallabox's own portfolio owns it, request a transfer from Gallabox support first; this is the single step that determines how quickly the rest of the migration goes.
- Connect the number to VGraple CRM via Embedded Signup. This is Meta's standard flow for moving a WABA between Tech Providers; your number, its message history with Meta, and its quality rating are unaffected by the move.
- Export your contacts as a CSV. Gallabox contacts, tags and custom fields export as a spreadsheet; import them into VGraple CRM's contacts module and remap fields as needed.
- Recreate and resubmit your templates. Templates belong to the WABA and the platform that submitted them, not to Gallabox as a vendor, so each approved template needs to be rebuilt in VGraple CRM's template builder and resubmitted to Meta. Most approvals return within minutes to a few hours.
- Rebuild your flows and drip campaigns. Gallabox's chatbot flows and drip campaigns do not export; recreate the logic in VGraple CRM's flow builder and sequence editor. This is the most time-consuming step for a team with complex branching flows, budget accordingly.
- Run both in parallel for a short overlap. Keep Gallabox active in read-only mode for a week or two while you confirm the new inbox, broadcasts and automations are all working before fully decommissioning the old account.
What reviewers say
Gallabox holds a 4.6 out of 5 rating from 169 reviews on G2 (g2.com/compare/wati-vs-gallabox, checked 26 Aug 2026) and a smaller 4.5 out of 5 from 4 reviews on Capterra, where its detailed sub-scores show 5.0 for ease of use and 4.0 for value for money. Common praise centres on its AI-forward feature set and multi-channel journey mapping; the most-cited weakness across independent write-ups is that its pricing page truncates FAQs to 2 to 3 visible questions with a "More FAQ" expansion link, making it harder to answer pricing questions without contacting sales.
VGraple CRM does not yet have a comparable public review count to cite honestly; we would rather say that plainly than inflate a number. If review-site social proof at scale matters most in your decision, Gallabox's longer track record is a real point in its favour and worth weighing against the pricing and delivery-protection differences above.
