In short
- Verloop.io is a sales-led, enterprise conversational AI platform for customer support; it does not publish pricing
- VGraple CRM is self-serve with flat plans (Free, then Rs 1,499 to Rs 7,999) and adds a leads pipeline, broadcasts and appointments Verloop does not
- Verloop's own site blocked automated verification today; pricing and some feature claims below are marked accordingly rather than guessed
Verdict
Verloop.io is an established Indian conversational AI platform built for enterprise customer support automation, not for outbound sales or marketing. VGraple CRM is a flat-priced, self-serve WhatsApp CRM that covers support, sales and marketing in one product, and you can see the price before you talk to anyone. If your team's main job is fielding a high volume of support questions with sophisticated AI and you have budget for a managed enterprise rollout, evaluate Verloop directly; if you need WhatsApp for sales and support together at a published price, VGraple CRM is built for that.
Pricing
Verloop.io does not publish pricing on its own site. Every page tried on 26 August 2026, including the homepage, returned an access-denied response to automated fetching, and third-party aggregators quote conflicting numbers for it (figures seen span from a free tier through roughly $700 a month on one aggregator, to a $149 to $999 range on another), which is itself a sign the numbers are not current or authoritative. Verloop is a sales-led product: you request a demo and receive a custom quote. Because of that, the table below shows VGraple CRM's real monthly total and marks Verloop's platform fee as not published rather than guessing.

Meta's WhatsApp charges are the same regardless of which platform you send through, since Meta bills the message, not the software: Rs 0.8631 per marketing template message and Rs 0.115 per utility or authentication message to Indian numbers (Meta's published India rate card, April 2026). VGraple CRM adds no markup on top of that rate; whether Verloop does is unknown because its pricing terms are not public.
| Team size | VGraple CRM plan | VGraple CRM platform fee | Meta marketing charge | VGraple CRM total | Verloop.io total |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 agents, 2,000 marketing messages/month | Starter | Rs 1,499 | Rs 1,726 (2,000 x Rs 0.8631) | Rs 3,225/month | Not published; requires a sales quote |
| 8 agents, 15,000 marketing messages/month | Scale (Growth's 10,000 conversation/month cap is too low for this volume) | Rs 7,999 | Rs 12,947 (15,000 x Rs 0.8631) | Rs 20,946/month | Not published; requires a sales quote |
| 20 agents, 50,000 marketing messages/month | Scale | Rs 7,999 | Rs 43,155 (50,000 x Rs 0.8631) | Rs 51,154/month | Not published; requires a sales quote |
Note
The 8-agent row needs VGraple CRM's Scale plan even though 8 agents alone would fit Growth's 15-seat allowance, because 15,000 messages exceeds Growth's 10,000 conversations-a-month limit. Plan selection here is driven by message volume, not seats, which is worth checking against your own numbers on any platform.

Where Verloop.io is stronger
Conversational AI depth. Verloop's entire product is built around conversational AI for support, and that focus shows in its G2 scores: a 9.4 out of 10 quality-of-support rating and a 4.7 out of 5 overall rating from 230 reviews, both notably strong figures for the category (per indexed search results, since G2's pages themselves also returned an access-denied response to a direct fetch today).
Managed, white-glove onboarding. A sales-led, custom-quoted product means Verloop can staff a dedicated implementation for a genuinely complex enterprise support workflow, something a self-serve SMB tool is not built to do.
Longer enterprise track record. Verloop has served large Indian and international brands for years as a dedicated conversational AI vendor, which matters if your evaluation criteria include vendor maturity and reference customers at your scale.
Live chat quality. Live chat and website-based conversational experiences are reported as a particular strength in its reviews, which fits a company built around conversational AI from the start rather than adding it to a messaging inbox later.
Where VGraple CRM is stronger
Published, flat pricing. VGraple CRM's plans and prices are on its pricing page today: Free forever, then Rs 1,499, Rs 3,499 or Rs 7,999 a month. You do not need a sales call to find out what it costs.
No markup on Meta's charges. VGraple CRM is a Meta Tech Provider: your WhatsApp Business Account connects through the official WhatsApp Business API and Meta bills your conversations directly at its published rate card, with nothing added on top.
A real sales pipeline, not just support. VGraple CRM's Kanban leads pipeline, transparent lead scoring and appointment booking synced to Calendly sit next to the inbox on every plan, so a team that needs WhatsApp for both new business and support does not need a second tool.
Coexistence. You can keep using the WhatsApp Business app on your phone and connect the API to the same number at the same time, with chats, contacts and replies syncing both ways.
Self-serve, live today. Sign up, connect a number and start sending without a scoped implementation project. Free is a real forever plan for evaluating the product with your own number before paying anything.
Native Instagram and Messenger. Instagram DMs, story replies and mentions, and Facebook Messenger land in the same shared inbox as WhatsApp on every plan, not as a separate product.
Switching from Verloop.io
- Check who holds your WhatsApp Business Account. If your WABA sits in your own Meta Business Portfolio, reconnect it to VGraple CRM through Embedded Signup and its quality rating and messaging tier carry over untouched. If Verloop's own portfolio holds the WABA, ask Verloop to release it to your portfolio first; this is a standard, Meta-supported step for any BSP switch.
- Rebuild your templates. Templates belong to the WABA, not the platform, so approved templates stay approved if the WABA does not change. If you do create a new WABA, copy the wording from Verloop before cancelling and resubmit; most straightforward templates approve within the hour.
- Export your contacts. Bring contacts across as a CSV with consent and tag columns preserved; VGraple CRM's contact import matches on phone number and merges duplicates automatically.
- Rebuild your automation. Conversational AI flows and routing rules do not export between platforms. Screenshot or document Verloop's current flows before you cancel, then rebuild the equivalent logic in VGraple CRM's flow builder.
- Keep Verloop live for a short overlap. Run both for a week so nothing slips through while your team gets comfortable with the new inbox, then cancel Verloop once VGraple CRM is handling live traffic cleanly.
What reviewers say
Verloop.io's G2 listing shows 4.7 out of 5 from 230 reviews with a 9.4 out of 10 quality-of-support score, drawn from indexed search results dated around this page's verification date; G2's own pages returned an access-denied response to a direct automated fetch on 26 August 2026, so treat this as a search-indexed figure rather than a live read. We could not locate a Capterra or Trustpilot listing to cross-check independently in this pass. VGraple CRM is a newer entrant to public review platforms; check its current listing on G2 or Capterra directly, since a small, recent review count moves faster than an established platform's.
Whichever platform you evaluate, verify pricing and current feature scope directly with the vendor before committing. Verloop.io's own site was not reachable for this comparison today, and platform capabilities change; this page will be re-verified and the date above updated when it is.
