On this page
Every failed WhatsApp message carries a numeric error code from Meta. The code tells you whose side the problem is on: the recipient, your template, your number, your connection or Meta's service. This page lists the codes you are most likely to meet when sending from VGraple CRM, what each means and where the fix is. Meta's wording for each code comes from its error codes reference, checked on 16 October 2026.
How to read a code
- Recipient codes (131026, 131049, 131050, 130472): the problem is the person, not you. Do not retry; see the matching guide.
- Template codes (132000, 132001, 132005, 132007, 132012, 132015, 132016): fix the template or the values mapped into it.
- Number and account codes (131031, 131037, 131045, 131057, 133xxx, 368): the state of the number or the WhatsApp Business Account.
- Connection codes (131005, 190): reconnect the number from Settings, then Channels.
- Service codes (131000, 131016, 133004, 130429): usually temporary; check Meta's status page and retry once later.

What to do first
- Read the code on the failed message, not only the word "failed".
- Decide whose side it is with the groups above.
- Open the guide and follow its fix. Most take a minute.
- If no guide fits, send the exact text through Support in the app.
Frequently asked questions
Where do I find the error code for a failed message?
Open the failed message in the inbox, or the row in the broadcast report. VGraple CRM shows the code and Meta's own text beside it.
Which errors should I never retry?
Policy and recipient errors: 131049, 131050, 130472 and 131026. A retry fails the same way and can hurt your number's quality. Fix the cause or wait.
Which errors are temporary?
131000, 131016, 133004 and 131057 are about Meta's service or account state. They usually clear within minutes, so one careful retry later is right.
