133005 means the two-step verification PIN is incorrect. 133008 means too many wrong guesses. 133009 means the PIN was entered too quickly. 133006 means the number must be verified before it can be registered. They appear while connecting or registering a number.
Symptom
Connecting or moving a number stops with one of these codes, usually at the PIN or verification step.
Why it happens
- A number that had two-step verification set on a previous account or provider needs that same six-digit PIN to be registered again.
- Repeated wrong PINs lock further attempts for a time. Entering a PIN too fast is also refused.
- A number must be verified by the code Meta sends before it can be registered.
Fix
- 133005: enter the correct six-digit PIN. If nobody knows it, disable two-step verification for the number where it was set, then set a new PIN.
- 133008: wait for the time Meta states and try again once. Do not keep guessing.
- 133009: wait a moment and enter the PIN once, carefully.
- 133006: complete the verification step Meta shows (a code by SMS or call) and then register.
- If a number is stuck, tell us which step. Open Support in the app and send the exact error text, the time and the number it happened on; the thread keeps the history.
In VGraple CRM
Connecting a number from Channels shows Meta's reason at the step that stopped. Nothing in your workspace changes if the connection fails.
