Errors 131045 and 133010 mean the phone number is not registered on the WhatsApp Business Platform, so it cannot send. Register the number again before sending. In VGraple CRM that means reconnecting the number from Channels and finishing Meta's steps.
Symptom
A number that was connected stops sending with 131045 or 133010, or a newly added number fails on its first message.
Why it happens
- Registration is the step that activates a number on the Cloud API. It can be lost if the number was deregistered, moved to another provider or the WhatsApp Business app was re-installed on it without coexistence.
- If the connection was never finished, the number never reached the registered state.
Fix
- Open Settings, then Channels, then WhatsApp and check whether the number shows as connected.
- Reconnect the number and complete every step Meta shows, including verifying the number by code when asked.
- If the number was moved to another provider or app, it can only be registered in one place: choose where it should live and reconnect there.
- Send a test message after the number shows connected.
- If registration fails with a named error (for example a two-step verification PIN), see the registration pages linked below. Open Support in the app and send the exact error text, the time and the number it happened on; the thread keeps the history.
In VGraple CRM
Registering the number is part of connecting it from Channels. A send from a number that is not registered fails with the code and Meta's text on the message.
