133000 means a previous deregistration failed, so deregister again before registering. 133015 means the number was deleted recently and the deletion has not finished: wait five minutes. 133016 means too many attempts: the number is blocked until Meta unblocks it.
Symptom
Registering or moving a number fails with one of these codes, often after several quick attempts.
Why it happens
- Registration and deregistration are limited per number, so attempts cannot be repeated without limit.
- A number deleted from one Business Account takes a few minutes to be free to register again.
Fix
- 133000: deregister the number again, wait for it to finish, then register.
- 133015: wait five minutes and try once more. Do not repeat quickly.
- 133016: stop attempting. The number is blocked after reaching its attempt limit. Try again after Meta unblocks it and keep to one careful attempt.
- Plan moves: do not move a number between providers repeatedly in one day.
- If you are stuck on 133016, tell us the number and the time. Open Support in the app and send the exact error text, the time and the number it happened on; the thread keeps the history.
In VGraple CRM
If a connection attempt fails, the reason Meta gives is shown at the step that stopped. Waiting, then trying once, is better than several quick attempts.
