Symptom
Every send from one number fails with 131057 for a period, and then works again without any change.
Why it happens
- Meta puts an account into maintenance mode while it applies changes to it, such as a throughput upgrade that raises the message rate.
- The period is short, but sends in that period are refused.
Fix
- Wait a few minutes and send a single test message.
- Pause large broadcasts until a test message succeeds, then use Retry failed for the ones that failed.
- Do not reconnect the number or change settings during the window. It does not shorten it.
- If it lasts more than an hour, check Meta's status page and contact us with the time. Open Support in the app and send the exact error text, the time and the number it happened on; the thread keeps the history.
