Send-time optimisation
Send-time optimisation is a broadcast setting that, instead of sending to everyone at one moment, schedules each recipient's message for the time of day they have historically read or replied fastest, within an allowed window and quiet hours. Contacts with no history get the campaign's default time.

Why it matters
A message read within minutes of arrival gets acted on; one buried under the evening's notifications does not. Optimised timing lifts read and reply rates without changing the message, and it spreads the send, which also keeps pacing calm.
In VGraple CRM
Enable it on a broadcast and set the window; per-contact best times come from read and reply timestamps across past campaigns and conversations, and the report shows the distribution of send times and their results. Meta-side optimisation is also applied when a marketing send routes through the Marketing Messages API.
