Retargeting cohort
A retargeting cohort is a segment derived from the outcome of a previous broadcast: recipients who read but did not reply, who replied or clicked but did not convert, who were not delivered, or who converted. Cohorts let a business follow up precisely (a different message to readers than to non-readers) instead of resending to everyone.

Why it matters
Most of the value in a campaign is in the second touch to the right people. Readers who did not reply need a different nudge from those who never saw it, and buyers should not get the offer again. Cohorts also keep frequency down: each person gets the one follow-up that fits.
In VGraple CRM
Every broadcast report offers cohorts as one-click audiences for a new broadcast or a sequence, with the same eligibility checks and a recency guard so a cohort send does not breach your own frequency rule. Cohorts can be combined with tags and fields.
