Error 132015
Error 132015 ("Template is paused") is returned when a business tries to send a marketing template that Meta has temporarily paused because its quality rating dropped to low or its pacing sample performed poorly. The pause lasts three hours the first time and six hours the second; a third pause disables the template.

Why it matters
A paused template stops a campaign, and each pause is a strike toward permanent disablement. The cause is always recipient reaction: blocks, reports and non-engagement on that template. Switching to a copy of the same message to the same audience only moves the problem.
