Template pause (132015)
A template pause is Meta temporarily disabling a marketing template because its quality rating dropped to low, or because a pacing sample showed poor engagement. Sends fail with error 132015 during the pause. Pauses escalate: three hours the first time, six hours the second, and a permanent disable the third time within a period.

Why it matters
A paused template stops a campaign mid-flight, and the third strike is permanent. Pauses are the clearest signal Meta gives that recipients do not want a message: too many blocks, reports or ignored deliveries relative to reads and replies. Continuing to push the same template to the same audience after a pause is how permanent disables happen.
In VGraple CRM
Broadcasts detect 132015 and hold remaining recipients instead of burning through failures; the template shows a paused badge with the time Meta gives, and the campaign can be resumed with one click when the pause lifts or switched to a different template. The quality panel shows the rating trend so you can act before the pause.
