Payment link in chat
A payment link in chat is a hosted checkout URL that a business sends inside a WhatsApp conversation or template button; the customer pays on the gateway's page and the payment is recorded back on the conversation and contact. In VGraple CRM payment links run through your own Stripe or Cashfree account, connected under Settings, Integrations, Payment Collection.

Why it matters
Collecting payment where the conversation happens closes the loop that a "visit our website" link breaks: the customer pays in two taps and the agent sees it paid without asking. It also makes revenue attribution real, because the payment is tied to the conversation, the campaign or the flow that produced it.
In VGraple CRM
Agents create a link from the conversation with amount and description; flows and automation rules can create one at a stage change (an advance after a booking, an invoice after an order). The link is sent as a message or a template URL button, the payment webhook marks it paid, and the amount appears in revenue reports by campaign. Gateway charges are the gateway's; VGraple CRM adds none.
