CRM AND SALES
Revenue attribution
Revenue attribution is the practice of crediting revenue to the marketing or sales touch that produced it. In a WhatsApp CRM the revenue signals are payment links paid, orders recorded, and leads marked won with a value; the touches are the broadcast, sequence, flow, ad or agent conversation the customer came through. Attribution answers which campaigns and channels make money, not just replies.

Why it matters
Reply rates are vanity; revenue per campaign is the number a business runs on. Attribution also settles the argument between marketing and sales about which broadcast "caused" a sale, and it feeds Meta's optimisation when combined with the Conversions API.
In VGraple CRM
Payments through in-chat links, order records and won leads carry revenue; each is attributed to the most recent campaign or flow touch on the conversation within a window, and to the ad referral where present. Reports show revenue by broadcast, sequence, flow, source and agent. The revenue tracking feature explains the model.
