WhatsApp Flows
WhatsApp Flows are Meta's native, form-like screens that open inside the WhatsApp chat from a button: text fields, dropdowns, date pickers, checkboxes, radio groups and rich text laid out on one or more screens, defined in Meta's Flow JSON and submitted back to the business as structured data without the customer leaving WhatsApp.

Why it matters
Flows replace the back-and-forth of asking five questions one message at a time: a booking, a lead form, a survey or an address capture becomes one screen the customer fills in seconds. They are also policy-safe for collecting data, work from templates (so they can start outside the window) and from interactive messages, and are the basis of WhatsApp's appointment and lead-generation formats.
In VGraple CRM
The WA Forms builder creates single-screen Flows from a visual editor, publishes them to Meta, and attaches them to a template or a flow-builder node; submissions land on the contact as custom fields and can trigger automation. Multi-screen and endpoint-driven Flows are not yet supported in the builder; the WA Flows guide lists what is.
