AUTOMATION AND AI
Chatbot flow
A chatbot flow is an automated conversation defined as a graph of nodes: a trigger (a keyword, a first message, a button, an ad, a form) starts it, message and question nodes talk to the customer, condition nodes branch on their answers or on contact data, action nodes update the CRM or call other systems, and a handoff node passes the conversation to a person.

Why it matters
Flows are how a business answers at 2 am, qualifies a lead before a salesperson calls, books an appointment or takes an order without staff. On WhatsApp they lean on interactive messages (buttons, lists, WhatsApp Flows) so customers tap instead of type, which makes branching reliable and response rates high.
In VGraple CRM
The flow builder is a drag-and-drop canvas with 16 node types including messages, templates, buttons, lists, WhatsApp Flow forms, conditions, delays, AI response, CRM actions, webhooks and human handoff; flows run per channel with a handset preview and a test mode. Every run is logged on the conversation. The flow builder guide walks through building the first one.
