Carousel template
A carousel template is a WhatsApp message template made of a short body followed by a horizontally swipeable set of two to ten cards, each with an image or video header, card text and up to two buttons. It is available for marketing and utility categories and is the closest thing WhatsApp has to a product gallery inside a message.

Why it matters
Carousels raise engagement on product launches, collections and multi-option offers because the customer sees several items without leaving the chat, and each card can link or reply differently. The constraints are strict: all cards must share the same header type and button structure, media samples are required for every card at review, and per-card variables multiply the mapping work.
