Why it matters

190 is the silent outage: messages stop arriving and going out with no customer-facing sign. Common triggers are an admin resetting their Facebook password, someone removing the system user or the app from the portfolio, or a Meta security check.

In VGraple CRM

The channel health monitor checks the token continuously and turns the channel to "needs attention" with a one-click reconnect through Embedded Signup the moment 190 appears; owners are alerted by push and email. The 190 guide covers the reconnect and how to avoid the causes.

Frequently asked questions

Do I lose messages while the token is invalid?
Inbound webhooks continue for a period, but sends fail. Reconnect quickly.
Why did my token stop working?
Most often a password reset or a permission change on the portfolio.
Is it charged?
No calls succeed, so nothing is billed.
