Error 132001
Error 132001 ("Template does not exist") is returned when a send references a template name and language combination that Meta cannot find on the WhatsApp Business Account: the template is not yet approved, was deleted, is on a different WABA, or the language code does not match the approved one (en versus en_US, for example).

Why it matters
132001 is common right after creating a template (sending before approval), after a migration between WABAs (templates do not move), and in integrations with the wrong language code. It is not charged and the message is not queued.
In VGraple CRM
Templates are sent by their stored ID, language and status, so an unapproved or deleted template cannot be picked; API calls with an unknown name return a clear error listing the closest matches. After a number migration, the template list shows which templates need resubmitting. The 132000 and 132001 guide has the language code table.
