Error 368
Error 368 ("Temporarily blocked for policies violations") is returned when Meta has restricted the WhatsApp Business Account or the number because of a policy violation: spam, prohibited content, impersonation, or a pattern of user reports. The restriction lasts a stated period, and repeated violations lead to permanent disablement.

Why it matters
368 is the account-level consequence of what quality ratings and template pauses warn about. It halts all sending and, unlike 131048, is tied to policy rather than rate. It usually arrives with an email to the WABA admin naming the policy.
