CRM AND SALES
Lead scoring
Lead scoring is a method of ranking leads by assigning points for attributes and behaviours that predict a sale: the source (referral, ad, portal), qualifier answers (budget, timeline, product), engagement (replied, clicked, booked) and recency, minus points for negative signals (no reply, out of area). The score orders the pipeline so the team works the most likely buyers first.

Why it matters
Salespeople call the newest lead, not the best one. A score that combines fit and behaviour changes that, and on WhatsApp the behaviours are rich: replied in an hour, tapped the catalogue, filled the Flow form. Scoring also decides who gets a human and who gets a sequence.
In VGraple CRM
Scoring rules are configured per workspace with points per condition, recalculated on every event; the board and lists sort by score, and rules can assign or enrol based on score bands. The lead scoring guide has a starter rule set per industry.
