DELIVERY AND LIMITS
Suppressed recipient
A suppressed recipient is a contact that VGraple CRM removes from a broadcast's send list before anything is sent, for a reason that would make the message fail, breach policy or damage the number: an opt-out on record, a previous block or report, a number known not to be on WhatsApp, an invalid format, a United States number for a marketing template, or a marketing message received too recently.

Why it matters
Every avoided bad send protects the quality rating and saves money. Sending to opted-out or blocked users is what turns a green number yellow; sending marketing to US numbers fails outright; retrying known-bad numbers wastes tier allowance. Suppression is the difference between a list of 10,000 and 10,000 deliverable people.
In VGraple CRM
The pre-send summary lists suppressed recipients by reason, and the report keeps them visible so you can audit why someone did not get a message. Some suppressions can be overridden per campaign (recently messaged), others cannot (opt-out, blocked). The suppression guide explains each reason.
