VGraple CRM has four plans, priced as flat monthly fees in Indian rupees with an annual option, and three limits that scale with them: agent seats, stored contacts and conversations per month. Meta's message charges are separate and billed by Meta. This guide explains the plans, what each limit counts, how the usage meters work and how billing runs, so the Billing page holds no surprises.
The plans
| Plan | Monthly | Annual (per month) | Agents | Contacts | Conversations per month | Extras |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | Rs 0 | Rs 0 | 1 | 500 | 100 | WhatsApp inbox, flow builder, templates, broadcasts within your limits |
| Starter | Rs 1,499 | Rs 1,199 | 5 | 5,000 | 2,000 | Analytics and reports, email support |
| Growth | Rs 3,499 | Rs 2,799 | 15 | 25,000 | 10,000 | AI assistant, priority support |
| Scale | Rs 7,999 | Rs 6,399 | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited | Dedicated account manager, custom integrations, SLA support |
Chat widgets are capped at 1 on Free, 10 on Starter and Growth, unlimited on Scale. Every plan includes Instagram, Messenger and comments, the website widget, leads and appointments, sequences, webhooks, Zapier and the REST API.
What the limits count
- Agents: active members of any role. Deactivating a member frees the seat immediately.
- Contacts: contacts stored in the workspace, whatever their source. Deleting contacts frees space; blocked contacts still count.
- Conversations per month: unique contacts with at least one inbound or outbound message in the calendar month, across every channel. A broadcast recipient counts once; internal notes, assignments and tags never count. The counter resets on the first of the month.

The Billing page
Settings, then Billing shows the current plan, Current usage meters for agents, contacts and Conversations this month, the Choose a Plan cards with a Monthly billing and Annual billing switch, Payment History with downloadable receipts, and Manage billing for the card and invoices.
How payment works
- Pick a plan and a cycle and click Pay with card. Stripe's checkout opens; enter the card and confirm.
- The plan activates on success, and the receipt appears under Payment History.
- Renewals charge the same card automatically at the end of each cycle. Update the card from Manage billing, which opens Stripe's billing portal.
- Where UPI and netbanking checkout is offered, it appears as a second button; the plan activates when the gateway confirms the payment.
Referral credits on the account are applied to the next invoice automatically; see referral credits.
Choosing a plan
Start on Free if you are one person testing the fit: a real number, real flows and real broadcasts inside unlimited conversations is enough to learn whether WhatsApp works for your business. Move to Starter when a second person needs the inbox or when the monthly count passes 100; most single-location shops, clinics and agencies live on Starter for a long time. Growth is the plan for a sales or support team of up to fifteen, for anyone who wants the AI assistant answering routine questions, and for lists above 5,000 contacts. Scale removes the limits and adds an account manager, which suits multi-branch businesses, agencies running several client workspaces, and anyone who needs custom integration work.
Annual billing
Annual billing charges twelve months at once at the lower per-month rate: Rs 14,388 for Starter, Rs 33,588 for Growth and Rs 76,788 for Scale, about a fifth less than paying monthly. It suits businesses that have run on a plan for a couple of months and know the fit. Switching from monthly to annual is done from Manage billing and is prorated by the gateway, so the unused part of the current month is credited.
Seats, not users
A seat is an active member. Deactivating someone who has left frees the seat the same minute, and reactivating them uses one again. Invitations that have not been accepted do not consume a seat. Viewer accounts count like any other role, so give auditors and trainees a seat deliberately.
Contacts and conversations in practice
The contact limit is a storage cap and the conversation allowance is a monthly activity cap; they rarely bind at the same time. A clinic with 20,000 patients on file but 1,500 active in a month needs Growth for storage and would be fine with Starter's activity allowance; a lead-generation agency with a small database but heavy daily traffic hits the conversation allowance first. The usage meters on the Billing page show both, with a projection for the month based on the current pace, so an upgrade can be planned rather than forced.
