Conversation quota (plan)
A conversation quota is the monthly allowance of conversations included in a software plan, distinct from Meta's charges. In VGraple CRM a conversation counts once per contact per month when there is at least one message in either direction, across all channels, so a customer who exchanges fifty messages in a month is one conversation.

Why it matters
Quotas are how plans scale with usage without per-message markups. The counting rule decides the real cost: per-message or per-window counting inflates fast; per-contact-per-month counting is predictable and easy to forecast from your customer base.
