AI no longer depends on your plan. Every workspace, Free included, now gets 1,000 free AI credits each month, and every AI feature is open to every plan.
What changed
- One unit for all AI: the AI credit. An AI reply to a customer costs 10 credits, a reply suggestion 2, a conversation summary 3.
- 1,000 free credits arrive on the 1st of every month. A new workspace also gets 1,000 welcome credits for its first 14 days.
- Reply suggestions, summaries, the prompt debugger and website chat AI used to need the Growth plan. They are now on every plan and use credits.
- "AI replies" packs became credit packs at the same prices and ten times the number: 10,000 credits for Rs 399, 50,000 for Rs 1,699, 200,000 for Rs 5,999. An existing balance was converted at ten credits per reply, so nobody gained or lost anything.
- With your own AI key, every action costs one fifth of the credits.
- Workspaces that used AI in the 30 days before the change received launch credits worth a month of that use, valid for 30 days.
