Quick replies no longer need a request to support. Every workspace creates and manages its own on the web under Settings, then Quick replies, and on Android (version 3.0.2 and later) under More, Settings, Quick replies.
What changed
- Owners, admins and supervisors create team-wide quick replies; every teammate can keep personal ones that only they see.
- Variables with fallbacks: "Hi {{name|there}}" never sends a blank where a name should be. First name, phone, email and the sending teammate's name are available too.
- In a chat, the lightning button or a typed slash opens the list. Arrow keys move, Enter or Tab inserts, Esc closes, and the replies your team uses most come first.
- Save this draft as a quick reply turns an answer you just typed into a reusable one in a single step.
- The Android app fills variables before inserting, the same way the web does, and can create quick replies from inside a chat.
