Businesses can connect a number in coexistence mode, keep using the WhatsApp Business app on the phone, and have up to 180 days of chat history and their phone address book imported into the CRM.
What changed
- History and contacts sync once, within 24 hours of the QR scan, as Meta requires.
- Messages sent from the phone app appear in the inbox as echoes.
- Coexistence numbers are paced at 4 messages a second.
