The VGraple CRM Android app puts your team inbox, contacts, broadcasts and templates in your pocket. Install it from the Play Store, sign in with the account you already use on the web, and reply to customers from your phone the moment a message comes in.
Android app: first 5 of 7 steps
- 1Download the app
- 2Open the app and sign in
- 3Complete two-factor verification if enabled
- 4Name your workspace
- 5Follow the connect WhatsApp screen, or skip
Before you start
- The app is Android only, published as "VGraple CRM" (package co.vgraple.crm) on the Google Play Store. There is no iPhone app; use a mobile browser at crm.vgraple.co.in on iOS instead.
- You need an existing VGraple CRM account, created on the web app or through Google sign-in, unless you are signing up fresh with Google directly from the app.
- Meta's Embedded Signup cannot run inside the Android app, so if your workspace has no WhatsApp number connected yet, plan to finish that one step on a computer; see connecting your WhatsApp number.
- A stable internet connection is needed for sign-in and for the app to sync conversations.
- Free up a moment to actually walk through the two onboarding screens (connect WhatsApp, notifications) instead of rushing past them; neither is mandatory, but skipping notifications specifically means you will only see new messages when you happen to open the app yourself.
Steps
- Download the app. Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone and search for "VGraple CRM", or go directly to the listing at play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=co.vgraple.crm. Tap Install.

Open the app and sign in. Enter the work email and password you already use on the web app, then tap Sign in. If your workspace has Google single sign-on enabled, tap Continue with Google instead and pick the matching Google account.
Complete two-factor verification if enabled. If your account has two-factor authentication turned on, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app or one of your backup codes when prompted.
(New Google accounts only) Name your workspace. If you signed in with a Google account that has no existing VGraple CRM account, you are asked for a business name on a single screen, then a workspace is created immediately, no further form needed.
Follow the connect WhatsApp screen, or skip it. If your workspace has no number connected, the app shows a two-option screen: Use my existing WhatsApp number (coexistence) or Set up a new number, both explained as a one-time step done from a computer, with a I'll do this later option beneath. Tapping either option opens a sheet with the next step to do on a desktop browser.
Enable notifications. The next screen explains what you will be notified about (new customer messages, mentions and assignments, channel health alerts) with Enable notifications and Not now buttons. Choosing Enable triggers Android's system permission prompt.
Land on Home. The app opens to the Home tab, with Inbox, CRM, Campaigns and More as the other four bottom tabs. If WhatsApp was already connected before you installed the app, or once you finish connecting it from a computer, live conversations appear in the Inbox tab immediately.
What you will see
The same workspace you use on the web, mirrored in real time: the same conversations, contacts, broadcasts and templates. If a WhatsApp number was connected through a computer while onboarding on the app, the Inbox tab shows the import or connection status (for example, coexistence history import progress) exactly as the web app does. Anything you do on your phone, replying to a conversation, assigning it, adding a tag, shows up on a teammate's web browser within moments, and the reverse is true as well, since both are reading and writing the same workspace rather than two separate copies of it.
Settings and options
| Setting or option | What it does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Sign-in method | Email and password, or Google, matching whatever your workspace supports | Whatever you used to create your VGraple CRM account |
| Push notifications | New messages, mentions and assignments, channel health alerts | Off until you tap Enable notifications during onboarding, or later from phone Settings |
| Connect WhatsApp reminder | A visible prompt on Home until a number is connected | Shown automatically for any workspace without a connected channel |
| Bottom navigation tabs | Home, Inbox, CRM, Campaigns, More | Fixed; not customisable per user |
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Cannot find "VGraple CRM" in the Play Store | Searching a variant name, or Play Store region restrictions | Search the exact package co.vgraple.crm in the Play Store URL directly, or search "VGraple" |
| Sign-in fails with correct email and password | The account was created with Google sign-in only and has no password set | Use Continue with Google with the same account instead of email and password |
| Two-factor code is rejected | The phone's clock is out of sync with the authenticator app's time source | Check your phone's automatic date and time setting, or use a backup code instead |
| App shows no conversations after sign-in | WhatsApp is not connected yet for this workspace | Finish connecting from a computer at Settings, then Channels, then WhatsApp on the web app |
| No notification arrives for a new message | Notification permission was declined, or the phone's battery optimisation is killing the app in the background | Enable notifications from phone Settings for the VGraple CRM app, and exclude the app from battery optimisation |
| App looks out of sync with the web app | A stale local cache after a long period offline | Pull down to refresh in Inbox, or fully close and reopen the app |

If you have not connected WhatsApp yet, finish that from a computer with connecting your WhatsApp number or coexistence mode, then invite your team so everyone can install the app too.
