Role-based access
Role-based access control (RBAC) is a permission model in which each user is assigned a role, and each role carries a defined set of permissions over modules and actions: who can view conversations, export contacts, send broadcasts, change billing or see secrets. Users inherit the role's permissions instead of being configured one by one.

Why it matters
A WhatsApp CRM holds every customer's number and history. Without roles, a departing agent can export the list, and a junior can change a template or delete a flow. Roles also make team structures possible: reception sees appointments, nurses see their patients, owners see everything.
