Audit log
An audit log is a chronological record of significant actions taken in a system, each entry noting the actor, the action, the target and the time: sign-ins, exports, template and flow changes, contact deletions, role changes, API key creation. It exists so that an organisation can answer "who did this" during an incident, an audit or a dispute.

Why it matters
Data protection laws expect accountability, customers in regulated sectors ask for it, and the day a contact list turns up with a competitor the log is the only evidence. It also deters: people behave differently when actions are recorded.
In VGraple CRM
Owner and admin actions, exports, deletions, permission and settings changes and API key events are logged with actor, IP and time, viewable and exportable under Settings, Security. The log is append-only.
