COMPLIANCE AND SECURITY
Two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is a login control that requires a second factor in addition to the password, typically a time-based code from an authenticator app or a hardware key. It protects an account against phishing and password reuse, which are the two most common ways business accounts are taken over.

Why it matters
A WhatsApp CRM login gives access to every customer conversation and the ability to send in the business's name. Password-only accounts are compromised routinely through reused passwords. 2FA, and Meta's separate two-step verification PIN for the WhatsApp number itself, are the two controls that matter most.
In VGraple CRM
2FA with an authenticator app can be enabled per user and enforced for the workspace by an owner; recovery codes are issued at setup. Google sign-in accounts inherit Google's second factor. The login and 2FA recovery guide covers lost devices.
